Ad-Duha was revealed after revelation paused and the Prophet was told his Lord had abandoned him. It answers in two halves: first that this is not true and what is coming is better, then three things already given, each with an instruction attached.
At this pace the whole surah takes 4 study days.
Study days are days you actually sit down to memorise — miss one and the plan simply moves with you.
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ وَٱلضُّحَىٰ…وَلَسَوْفَ يُعْطِيكَ رَبُّكَ فَتَرْضَىٰٓ
An oath by the morning brightness and the stilled night; the hereafter is better, and you will be given until you are pleased.
Study days 1-2
أَلَمْ يَجِدْكَ يَتِيمًۭا فَـَٔاوَىٰ…وَأَمَّا بِنِعْمَةِ رَبِّكَ فَحَدِّثْ
Orphaned and sheltered, lost and guided, poor and enriched — so do not oppress, do not repel, and speak of the favour.
Study days 2-4
The three favours — orphaned and sheltered, lost and guided, poor and enriched — are each turned into a duty towards someone in the same condition.
